HealthLink Development, located in Katy, Texas, has provided quality development and
construction services to the long-term care and senior housing industries since 1997.
With emphasis on Assisted and Independent Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes and Memory
Care / Alzheimer's Units and a combined total of 95 years in the healthcare construction
field, the staff of HealthLink has participated in all phases of project development for over 45
major and innumerable smaller projects throughout the United States.
Out of HealthLink Development, HealthLink Construction was established in 2009 with its expertise focused
on remodeling and retrofitting residential homes in the Katy / Houston area for the ever-growing
aging-in-place market. As the senior population opts more and more to stay in their homes, HealthLink
Construction is now available to help individuals attain the goal of remaining independent. With an
affiliation with the Greater Houston Builders Association and an Aging-in-Place Certification through
the National Association of Home Builders, HealthLink is uniquely qualified to help individuals
modify their homes for accessibility and barrier-free living. Additionally, with extensive experience
in residential construction and an in-house interior designer, HealthLink is able to offer total
home renovation and remodeling in a 'one-stop' atmosphere. There is no need too large or too
